Hinsdale, IL — What some people thought was an odd time for a tornado siren turned out to be a blaring horn.
The horn got stuck on a train stopped in Hinsdale, Illinois. For blocks, people could hear the horn blaring non-stop for 30 minutes.
A company spokesman says it happens from time to time. Because regulations prevent the company from running the train without a working horn, they had to bring in a second locomotive to tow it away.
