Teen arrested charged with aggravated assault.

There is an update on a story that involved sheriff deputies to be called out to a Donna neighborhood in search for a man with a gun.

Hidalgo county sheriff deputies took a 15 year-old male into custody when he was spotted near the area of FM 493 by Hutch and Juarez streets. The teen is suspected of pulling out a rifle from his room during an argument with his mother. Deputies found the boy with a 12 gauge shotgun and ten shells in his possession. The teen is now facing a number of charges including aggravated assault and evading arrest.
