Safety First When Using Fireworks

Firework stands will be packed during the next two days with people looking to start the new year with a bang. But people also need to be careful when purchasing, and popping fireworks. Children under 12 should not play with fireworks; there should be water handy; and there should be a designated fireworks shooter.
