Brownsville Police arrested 29-year-old Luis Juarez and 29-year-old Imelda Lopez and charged them with child endangerment. Police say the couple was selling drugs from their home and disregarded that the infant was around marijuana and crack-cocaine. Child Protective Services placed the 4-month-old under the care of other relatives.
