A 17 year-old is behind bars and accused of stealing a truck in McAllen.
Alfredo Rivera Jr. was pulled over by Hidalgo authorities on Thursday in a stolen 2007 Ford F-350 truck. Police arrested Rivera and a Municipal Judge who charged him with auto theft and set his bond to $100,000 dollars.
