Police are having difficulty finding the next of kin for Eugenio De Los Santos who was killed today at an adult day care center in Edinburg. However, residents at The Towers Living Community in Edinburg say they knew De Los Santos because he lived at the retirement home for a while. They say he was a humble, respectful and courteous man.
