ROMA, TX (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — Three men are facing capital murder charges after being arrested this weekend.
Francisco Antonio Garza, Luis Enrique Sanchez, and Andy Muñoz are each being held on $1 million bond.
Investigators say they have a good case against the men, who are suspected to be in connection to the murder of Carlos Garcia.
Garcia was found on a dirt road last week... His body tortured and bound by speaker wires. All three suspects are from Roma.
Investigators say they've hired lawyers and have been uncooperative.
"As far as a criminal history, all three subjects do show a past of being arrested and do show a criminal history," Starr Co. investigator Erasmo Rios said. "As far as violent tendencies, it's been very minor as of this point... As of right now, we do know that they knew each other and they hung out together in the past."
The victim, Garcia, was an undocumented immigrant and had a wife and two children.
Officials say they're still looking for more information on the case.
