Congress examines the problems with the new HealthCare.gov website roll-out. Melissa Mollet reports.
(NBC News) The companies that designed HealthCare.gov website are being called on by Congress to explain the failures surrounding the implementation of the Affordable Care Act's health insurance exchanges.
Lawmakers are trying to figure out if those behind the website knew of potential problems, but did not disclose them, or if they truly did not know what was ahead.
President Obama has acknowledged the site's technical problems and promised a "tech surge" to repair the unresponsive website.
