A second Valley football coach is reportedly being reassigned.
Today (Wed. Dec. 2, 2009), La Joya ISD confirms Coyotes coach Casas to be reassigned following a 1-and-9 season. Last week, reports surfaced of Rivera's coach Helms also being relieved of duties.
