Florida veteran who suffers from PTSD gets puppy to help build support system. Andrew Capasso reports
(WTLV) Marlene Condon was injured while in the military. Now, she has two Labrador retriever puppies to help her emotionally.
"They're perfect!", she said.
The puppies, Daphne and Gypsy, were on their way to a kill shelter in New York. That's when Guardians of Rescue, a non-profit organization that's goal is to help animals, and people, stepped in. They rescued the dogs, and brought them to Condon so she could get the support she needs.
