The Hanna alumni class of 1985 handed out Thanksgiving dinners to five households in the Brownsville area.
Two groups of former Hanna high school graduates drove to five homes of current students, who attend Hanna high school, and offered canned goods and a $20 gift card to the homes in need. The canned goods were donated from the Hanna Eagles Class of '85 Committee and Wal-Mart offered the $20 dollar gift cards for the purchase of a turkey or ham to the Thanksgiving baskets. Hanna high school principal Terry Alarcon was involved in the process of selecting the five households and the committee thanks her for her contribution in helping the committee contact and delivering the baskets to those households.
