Florida town is inhabited solely by retired postal carriers...and no dogs.
(WTLV) Rest assured, in the Florida community Nalcrest, the weather is always a topic of conversation.
"Yesterday we had rain, day before we had a shower," say resident Richard Gallagher.
The days of rain have given plenty of fodder to the 750 or so residents of this retirement village about 70 miles east of Tampa.
But neither the rain nor heat can keep these residents from making their appointed rounds... in today's case, many made their "rounds" to the town barber shop.
They're used to being out in the elements.
Everyone who lives in this town, which has its own zipcode -- 33856 -- has one thing in common.
They all worked for the postal service as letter carriers.
