The Texas woman who tried to frame her husband for sending ricin laced letters to the president has been indicted.
On Thursday, a federal grand jury returned a three count indictment for 35 year old Shannon Richardson.
She's charged with threatening the President of the United States, mailing a threatening letter to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and mailing a threatening letter to Mark Glaze, the director of Bloomberg's Mayors Against Illegal Gun's group.
If convicted, Richardson faces up to five years in federal prison on each charge.
