PHARR, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — A family in the Valley will have a place to call home because of the work from the University of Texas-Pan American president and faculty members.
President Robert Nelsen and other administrators have worked for Habitat for Humanity several times. Most recently, they used a vacation day to go pound some nails and move debris. The home they're working on will be three bedrooms and would likely be finished around the end of the summer.
