Grapefruit trees removed for border fence construction.

The Department of Homeland Security's border fence construction continues to upset landowners in Brownsville.

Wednesday, government contractors removed more than 70 grapefruit trees from an orchard that were on land that used to belong to Loop Farms Incorporated. Land owners are sad and upset to see the trees go in order to build a fence that will divide the property.
