MCALLEN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — On Monday The City of McAllen commission is expected to discuss and consider bids to repair the lake a Firemen's Park during their agenda meeting.
They will consider four bids to repair the leaky lake, says city manager Mike Perez.
Bids to remove existing soil and seal the man made lake will range from $213,00 to $665,000
City commissioners say they would like to fix the lake quickly and permanently.
