The man accused of a hit and run that killed a 44 year-old women in Port Isabel is facing more charges.
He is accused of killing Reyna Garcia and was originally charged with failure to stop and render aid, but police have upgraded those charges to intoxicated manslaughter and could face 20 years in prison. Police say toxicology results are not back, but since Petricioli failed a field sobriety test the Cameron County District Attorney's office advised police to up the charges to intoxication manslaughter.
