The former head of the IRS goes in front of Congress to answer questions about what happened at the IRS.
He's been replaced, but Congress isn't done with him yet.
Today the Senate Finance Committee hears from Steven Miller. He's just been replaced as head of the IRS. Miller was in charge when the report came out.
Two other men are scheduled to testify today. Congress hopes some light can be shed on how things went so wrong inside the IRS.
Also, the White House confirms that senior advisors including Chief Of Staff Denis McDonough were told about the IRS investigation. The White House is defending keeping the President in the dark, saying no one wanted to be accused of interfering with the outcome.
