Saturday's show will be the last for Bill Hader, and mark the beginning of the end for Seth Meyers.
Change is afoot at "Saturday Night Live".
Academy Award winner Ben Affleck hosts this week's season finale, with musical guest Kanye
West, but the season-ender will mark the farewell for at least one long-time "SNL" cast member and the beginning of the farewell for another.
After eight seasons of memorable impressions and indelible characters, Bill Hader says goodbye to Studio 8H.
Hader told the New York Times leaving SNL was a hard decision, but "it has to happen at some point".
Seth Meyers is also departing, but not right away.
The head writer and Weekend Update anchor will be back in the fall, but then leave early next year.
Meyers will take the reins of "Late Night" from Jimmy Fallon when he takes over "The Tonight Show".
