Local university President's testify at State Capitol on creating medical school

AUSTIN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — The Valley's voice was heard in Austin on Wednesday as University of Texas at Brownsville President Juliet Garcia and UTPA President Robert Nelson testified at the State Capitol on the importance of merging both universities to create a medical school in the Valley.
