RAYMONDVILLE, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Nearly two months of "push" water supply is all that remains if changes weren't made in Raymondville and the current drought conditions have forced level three water restrictions to include time and day of water use for non-essential use for residents. Delta Lake Irrigation, the raw water provider, is running low on the water they "push" from the Rio Grande Via canal and into the City of Raymondville. If it doesn't work, city officials will have to buy additional water which would create a burden to the city and it's residents.
