HARLINGEN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Samuel Leal Rivera Garcia is in custody and has been charged with attempted murder and engaging in organized criminal activity after he was linked to a shooting on West Adrian street and also is accused of planning the attack. Garcia's bond was set at $370,000 dollars and police continue to search for more suspects involved in the shooting.
