MCALLEN, TX (NEWS cENTER 23) — McAllen police are still investigating an accident that happened early Sunday morning on North 23rd and Trenton.
Police said the collision happened between a Ford pickup truck and a motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries, but is in stable condition at McAllen Medical Center.
The driver of the pick-up, Ulises Rodriguez, 28, was arrested for intoxication assault, a third degree felony.
