Scituate, Massachusetts appears to be one of the towns hardest hit by last weekend's blizzard.
Power returned to parts of Scituate Sunday evening - but the work there was only getting started.
As crews worked to turn on the power, there were small signs that progress was being made - but work was far from over on the south shore.
The beds at the Scituate emergency shelters were filling up. Another 100 cots were just delivered Sunday.
"Oh it's great, absolutely fabulous," said Jack Ketterer.
For many, it was another night away from home - the storm was too much for him to handle.
"I had to call police. At 81-years-old, I wasn't about to do any shoveling. They came and rescued me," said Ketterer
Aerial views gave a better idea of the widespread damage to coastal homes. On the ground, Rebecca Road is a mess.
