BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — The majority of twenty six dogs, who attacked their owner in January, have been euthanized at the local animal shelter after they were quarantined for ten days at the shelter. Health and Animal Shelter department officials came to an agreement to euthanize the dogs after they continued to be skittish and aggressive toward shelter personnel. The puppies, which were quarantined, were not put down, but most likely be placed up for adoption.
