MCALLEN, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — On January 30, 2013 Miguel Coppinger-Chamorro 36 years of age a resident of Edinburg, Luis Alberto Perez 24 years of age a resident of Miami, Florida, and Pricila Esperanza Garcia 27 years of age a resident of Edinburg were arraigned in McAllen Municipal Court on multiple counts of Credit Card Abuse a State Jail Felony. The suspects were arrested on January 29, 2013.
Coppinger-Chamorro was arraigned on fifteen counts of Credit Card Abuse and the bond is $50,000.00 dollars on each count.
Perez was arraigned on four counts of Credit Card Abuse and the bond is $50,000.00 dollars each count.
Garcia was arraigned on three counts of Credit Card Abuse and the bond is $5,000.00 dollars each count.
Coppinger-Chamorro and Perez used fictitious credit cards to purchase diesel fuel and Garcia used fictitious credit cards at retail stores to make purchases.
