BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — United Way and the University of Texas Brownsville will be opening their "mytaxfree.com" site at Tandy Hall on it's campus on Wednesday the 30th. Tax assistance will be offered for people to file their income tax filing to those who make less than $57,000 dollars annually.
