dozens of Valley residents could've been victims
Jobs are hard to come by these days and tonight police claim one man used the promise of employment to con dozens of people here in the Rio Grande Valley.
Police said Forrest Van Coyle sought out victims by advertising work. He claimed to be building a high tech Homeland Security and Coast Guard Station, only Port of Brownsville Police said that project never exhisited.
This is not the first time he faces charges in an alleged scam.
