High School Employee Assaulted with Powdery Substance

PHARR — It was a frightening moment for one Premiere High School employee when they were assaulted with a white powdery substance on Monday morning in Pharr. Police report that the female employee answered the bell at the front desk when an unknown person threw a white powdery substance in her face and blinding her. The fire department was called to the scene and they began decontaminating the victim and then tested the substance to find out it was a non-life threatening household ingredient.
