MISSION - Seven suspects are in police custody after an attempted car jacking at a local grocery store.
It happened yesterday at the HEB plus parking lot on Shary Road and expressway 83 in Mission.
Police say the suspects attempted to carjack a young man's car and were armed with guns.
They fled the scene in a green Ford Expedition, but were quickly caught by police. Police confiscated several weapons, knives, and ski masks from the car.
Thankfully no one was hurt.
