HIDALGO COUNTY — A follow up on the homicide that occurred on Tuesday in Little Mexico as the Sheriff's Department has issued arrest warrants on two known gang members. Miguel Angel Padilla was shot multiple times at a home located in the area and died at the hospital the same day. Through witness statements, investigators have identified two suspects, Jose Garcia and Daniel Cruz, as the gunmen who shot Padilla. The two suspects and the victim are members of rival gangs and Sheriff Trevino says both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
