The CDC reports substantial flu illness has hit nearly every state in the United States.
The most recent flu data shows the virus continues to impact pregnant women. Through the end of August, one hundred women had to hospitalized and 28 died. Experts say the first doses of the H1N1 vaccine will be available Tuesday and will likely be the nasal vaccine that first goes to health care workers.
The H1N1 shot will be available later next week with states and cities developing a distribution plan.
