SOUTH PADRE ISLAND — A Missouri resident, 44 year-old Timothy James Harrison, was pronounced dead by a Justice of the Peace on Thursday and authorities say the cause of the death was drowning. The Coast Guard reports that Harrison was swimming and a swimmer in distress call was made.
