BROWNSVILLE — Neighbors 4 Newtown...it's a Facebook page created by a local Brownsville father and husband with the goal of raising money to build a permanent memorial in honor of the lives lost in that senseless killing last Friday.
December 14th, 2012 marks one of the deadliest mass shootings in American history, when a gunman entered Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut shooting dead 27 people, 20 of those children.
Grove, who is the father of two young boys himself can't imagine how the parents who've lost their children are feeling.
While the children are gone forever, they can be remembered forever through the memorial Grove and other Facebook followers are hoping to build in Newtown Connecticut.
For those interested in making this memorial possible, donations can be made through the secure website, paypal. Again the Facebook page can be found under “Neighbors 4 Newtown”.
