EDCOUCH — After months of scandal, surrounding the Edcouch Elsa football program, head coach Joe Solis is no longer with the school district. It's still unclear on the reasoning behind Solis leaving the district, but a school board meeting this past weekend indicated that Solis would be on his way out. NewsCenter 23 asked the district what the plan of action was now, but they have not returned an answer.
