Vehicle Engine Check-Up Suggested Prior to Traveling on the Road

RIO GRANDE VALLEY — Before you hit the road and travel during the Holiday season you might want to get your vehicle inspected under the hood. Taking your vehicle in to get some preventive maintenance is not a bad idea anytime of the year but more so when you're going to be on the road during the Holiday season. Mechanics suggest that the engine oil, cooling system, belts, hoses, tires, filters and the vehicle suspension be checked by a local mechanic shop as Ben Valdez commented, "These areas, a lot of the times, they are ignored or overlooked rather easily, but they can be very costly down the road."
