BROWNSVILLE — Recount results are in for the Brownsville I.S.D. position 7 seat and the final result shows that Hector Chirinos has defeated Linda Gill Martinez for the seat. Martinez filed for a recount when it was reported that she lost by four votes to Chirinos during the general election.
