BROWNSVILLE — Now you can adopt a four legged friend from the Brownsville Animal Shelter for a lower price thanks to Dr. Alma Leal who made a hefty donation to the shelter. The donation will now lower the original price of $96 dollars to $70 dollars through the end of the year. Keep in mind, the donation fees are also tax deductible.
