Brownsville mayor faces charges
Jury selection began today in the trial against Brownsville Mayor Pat Ahumada facing charges for abuse of official capacity, misapplication of funds and theft. The charges stem from a $26,000 check payable to an out of state vendor that ended up in Ahumada's banck account.
