MISSION — A Mission teen is facing some serious charges after leaving the scene of an accident, but it's who he left behind at the scene is the most shocking. Oben Pena was driving a Ford Mustang on Sunday night at a high rate of speed and crashed into a concrete wall. Pena and two female passengers left the scene leaving Pena's younger brother at the accident scene. Mission Police Chief Martin Garza stated, "It's unfortunate that an 18 year-old brother left his 15 year-old brother behind in this major accident where he could have lost his life. He is certainly in critical condition so it is very severe." Pena is charged with action involving personal injury and fleeing the scene of an accident.
