It was at the 2900 block of Impala where police pulled over 21 year old Janice Perez and 22 year old Hector Garcia for speeding.
Police say when the officer approached the vehicle he noticed a bag of drugs in plain view.
"Clear plastic bag which appeared to be clear crack cocaine, the officer asks about the baggie and passenger male attempts to flee the vehicle and officers detain him and have a struggle with him."
Police say all this was going on with the couple's young children in the back seat.
But that wasn't only drugs police found.
"Through their investigation it was learned the female had 4.02 grams of cocaine in her private areas."
Police say they rarely see drugs found where the female had them...
"It’s not too common, it’s dangerous to put substances is a foreign area where substances don’t belong possibility of overdosing or getting sick."
Police say the two intended to sell the drugs. The couple also faces charges of child endangerment because the kids
