HARLINGEN — Police arrested 27 year-old Alfredo Balli-Salazar after he stabbed another man in the back and slashed his face in a dispute that turned violent. It was reported that a group of people were visiting a friend's apartment when Salazar and the victim got into an argument and the assault occurred. Police also reported that they found several baggies of cocaine on Salazar and he was arrested.
