American Airlines is canceling dozens of flights so they can repair seats that may come loose during flight.
The airline announced today they have come up with a fix to the problem and have pulled 757's out of service in order to make repairs. American says it is a combination of wear, poor design and possibly even spilled soda which caused the pins to come out of the grooves. An airline official says the company apologizes for the inconvenience.
