BROWNSVILLE — A mother was arrested after leaving her young child in a locked car while she went into a store to shop with her other two children. Gloria Martinez was greeted by police when she returned to her vehicle and police determined, through surveillance cameras, that she had left her 4 year-old child unsupervised in the vehicle for 30 minutes. She was taken into custody and her thee children were turned over to a family member.
