BROWNSVILLE — Police, with the help of ICE agents, have arrested 54 year-old Antonio Garcia who is accused of having sexual contact with a 16 year-old female. Investigators believe Garcia may have sexually assaulted other victims and are asking those victims to contact the police department by calling the Brownsville Crime Stoppers at 956.546.TIPS.
