Jury Selection Underway for Member of Gulf Cartel

BROWNSVILLE — There was a heavy security presence outside the federal courthouse as jury selection was underway for the trial of a former regional leader of the Gulf drug cartel. Jury selection continued for Juan Roberto Rincon Rincon who is charged with two counts of conspiracy to transport cocaine and marijuana.
