HARLINGEN - A man has been arraigned after police say he was driving drunk with two women and a six month old baby when he wrecked his car. Unfortunately that baby, Mason Aiden Villegas, died from his injuries.
20 year old Joe Montez the third has now been charged with intoxication and manslaughter, Montez now sits in the Cameron County Jail.
