BROWNSVILLE - A Cameron County grand Jury decided not to indict any of the police officers involved in the death of 15 year old Jamie Gonzalez.
The Grand jury's "No Bill" was returned late this afternoon.
Cummings Middle school in Brownsville was placed on lockdown back in January when the TH grader refused to surrender a weapon he brought to school.
A standoff ended with police gunfire that killed Gonzalez
The teenager's weapon was later discovered to be a pellet gun.
