Millions of Americans getting a raise today as the Federal minimum wage increases 70 cents to $7.25 an hour. But we found one Valley business where workers will still be receiving the same amount on their paycheck.
At a Subway in Brownsville, the manager says their workers will get the same paycheck they got in the past.
Manager Jesse Matamoros says to make their quotas each month they are forced to cut back on part-time employee's hours, while managers will have to work longer hours. We tried contacting several other fast food chains to see if they are following suit with cut backs on hours, as of news time they did not return our calls.
