Ted Cruz Wins Texas Republican Nomination for U.S. Senate

Ted Cruz is now the Texas Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate as he defeated Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst on Tuesday's runoff election. Cruz is a favorite to win the Senate seat in November as he faces Democratic nominee Paul Sadler who is a Texas legislator.
